Terms and Conditions for Your Amazing Business

Lesson Cancellations:

Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of any scheduled driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in the full fee for the lesson being due.

Payment Policy:

All lesson fees must be paid in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

Vehicle Breakdown:

Your Amazing Business is not responsible for lesson cancellations or interruptions due to vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience for both the student and the instructor.

Instructor Substitution:

Your Amazing Business reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary. All our instructors are certified and meet the high standards set by Your Amazing Business.


Your Amazing Business is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during driving lessons. All our vehicles are insured for driving instruction.

Complaints Procedure:

At Your Amazing Business, we strive for excellence in our driving instruction. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to bring it to our attention as soon as possible.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to our customer service team via email or post. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 working days.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

Data Protection:

Personal information provided by students will be used solely for the purpose of driving instruction and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to change without notice.
